NAGOYA, Japan : Qatar’s Ouissal Ikhlef won bronze in the women’s +86kg weightlifting event at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, securing the country’s first women’s weightlifting medal in the history of the Games.
Ikhlef’s bronze adds to Qatar’s medal tally at the Asian Games and marks a milestone for Qatari women’s weightlifting.
