DOHA : Al Sadd SC won the HH the Amir Table Tennis Cup for the 2025-26 season after defeating Al Arabi SC 3-2 in the final at Abdullah bin Suhaim Hall in Qatar Sports Club on Wednesday.
Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain, secretary-general of the Qatar Olympic Committee, presented the trophy to Al Sadd, while Hamad Ahmed Al Hammadi crowned Al Arabi as runners-up.
Nine clubs took part in the competition: Al Wakrah SC, Al Shamal SC, Qatar SC, Al Rayyan SC, Al Ahli SC, Al Sadd, Al Khor SC, Al Gharafa SC and Al Arabi.
Al Sadd reached the final with a 3-1 victory over Qatar SC in the semi-finals, while Al Arabi advanced after defeating Al Khor 3-2.
