DOHA : Al Rayyan will take on Umm Salal in the semi-finals of the QSL Cup on Saturday at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium in Al Duhail, with both sides eyeing a place in the final.
Al Rayyan reached the last four with a comfortable 3-0 win over Al Shahaniya, while Umm Salal secured their spot after a 2-0 victory against Al Bidda in the quarter-finals.
Both teams head into the clash aiming to continue their run and compete for the title, with Umm Salal seeking to add to their 2023-24 triumph and Al Rayyan chasing a first crown in the competition.
The match will also mark the first outing for Al Rayyan under new Spanish coach Vicente Moreno, who recently took charge after replacing Portuguese manager Artur Jorge.
