DOHA : The Qatar Basketball Cup for the 2025-2026 men’s season gets underway on Wednesday with two matches scheduled in Doha.
In the opening preliminary-round clash, Al Sadd will face Al Ahli at Al Rayyan Sports Club Hall. The winner will progress to meet Al Arabi in the quarterfinals on April 11.
The second game marks the start of the quarterfinal stage, with Al Rayyan taking on Al Khor. Al Rayyan will be aiming to recover from their recent league defeat to Al Arabi, while Al Khor look to spring an upset and advance further in the competition.
Quarterfinal action continues on Thursday at Al Gharafa Sports Club Hall, where Al Wakrah will play Qatar SC, and Al Gharafa face Al Shamal.
