Coming in at No. 9 with Pakistan still two runs behind at 318-8, the 21-year-old launched an extraordinary assault, hitting nine sixes — equalling Ben Stokes’ record for most sixes in a Test innings in England.
Razaullah’s blistering knock, combined with Muhammad Abbas’ 42, powered Pakistan to 449, setting England a target of 130.
The pair shared a crucial 121-run ninth-wicket partnership before Razaullah was stumped off Dan Lawrence, bringing Pakistan’s remarkable fightback to an end.
Earlier, Shan Masood and Azan Awais put on 125 for the third wicket, with Awais falling for 59.
England now face a tense chase on Saturday, with Pakistan having finally found some fight on a difficult tour.
