DOHA: President of Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) Mohammed Saad Al Mughaiseeb, and Secretary-General, Saadoun Al Kuwari participated at the FIBA Congress in Philippines capital Manila.
The Congress will be held on the sidelines of the FIBA World Cup, which will start on 25 August.
