AICHI-NAGOYA, Japan : Qatar’s Abdullah Rashad won the bronze medal in the men’s under-84kg karate competition at the Asian Games after defeating Palestine’s Abdullah Al-Khatib.
Rashad secured Qatar’s medal in the karate competition with victory over Al-Khatib in the bronze-medal bout.
The result added another medal to Qatar’s campaign at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, with competition continuing across the Games’ various sporting disciplines.
