San Antonio, Texas, USA : Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 47 points to power the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 114-110 overtime win over the short-handed Detroit Pistons on Monday.
Gilgeous-Alexander took control in overtime, opening with a jumper, assisting Alex Caruso on a key three-pointer and sealing the game with six late free throws as the Thunder notched their 15th win in 16 games.
Detroit, missing its top five scorers, stayed competitive thanks to second-chance points and got a 21-point, 10-rebound effort from Paul Reed, but saw its two-game winning streak end.
Spurs stay hot behind Wembanyama
Victor Wembanyama delivered 41 points and 16 rebounds to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 129-114 win over the Chicago Bulls.
The Spurs extended their winning streak to a league-best nine games, with support from Stephon Castle (21 points) and Keldon Johnson (15).
Chicago, already out of playoff contention, was led by Tre Jones with 23 points, while Collin Sexton added 20.
Heat rally past 76ers
The Miami Heat used a strong finish to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 119-109.
Tyler Herro scored 30 points, while Bam Adebayo recorded a 23-point, 16-rebound double-double in a matchup with Joel Embiid, who led Philadelphia with 26 points. Tyrese Maxey added 23.
Hawks extend home streak
Jalen Johnson posted 20 points and 12 rebounds as the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Boston Celtics 112-102 for their 13th straight home win.
Onyeka Okongwu contributed a double-double, while Dyson Daniels added 18 points. Jaylen Brown led Boston with 29 points but struggled with efficiency.
Suns cruise past Grizzlies
Devin Booker scored 36 points in three quarters as the Phoenix Suns dominated the Memphis Grizzlies 131-105.
Jalen Green added 21 points as Phoenix pulled away with a 40-16 fourth quarter and controlled the paint throughout.
