Tokyo: Team Qatar continue their equestrian campaign at the 20th Asian Games – Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan, with Jassim Al Kuwari and Saud Al Buenain having competed in dressage yesterday.
The competition provided an important opportunity for the two riders to assess their readiness ahead of today’s official individual competition. Jassim Al Kuwari recorded a score of 65.559, while Saud Al Buenain scored 66.412 on his Asian Games debut.
The individual dressage competition takes place today, with the top 15 riders qualifying for the final. The Qatari pair will be aiming to produce strong performances and secure their places in the final.
Jassim Al Kuwari expressed satisfaction with yesterday’s performance but said his main focus was on today’s competition and achieving the best possible result.
