DOHA: The Local Organizing Committee for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 held a special promotional tour on Wednesday at Msheireb Downtown Doha, offering fans an early taste of the excitement ahead of the tournament. The event, hosted at Msheireb Wadi Square, gave visitors the chance to see the prestigious trophy up close and learn more about the competition and its stadiums.
Fans flocked to take part in the interactive experiences set up inside the dedicated pavilion, which featured video games and AI-generated souvenir photos. Visitors were particularly drawn to the virtual experience that placed the trophy inside the World Cup stadiums set to host the Arab Cup matches.
The Committee also announced the public viewing schedule for the trophy over the next three days. On November 20 and 21, the display will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., while on November 22 fans can visit between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The promotional tour, which began on October 14 across five GCC countries—Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and the UAE—will run until November 23. It aims to build momentum for the 11th edition of the Arab Cup, which Qatar will host from December 1 to 18 with the participation of 16 national teams.
The trophy will continue to be showcased in various public venues across Qatar as part of ongoing efforts to engage fans before the tournament kicks off at six iconic World Cup stadiums from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
