DOHA (Qatar): Hamad Nasser Al Qadi rode Gibria-B to victory in the Big Tour 9th Longines Qatar Equestrian Tour Hathab at the Al Rayyan Racecourse on Saturday.
Al Qadi topped the event which was contested by 10 other competitors.
Mohammed Jabor Al Naimi rode Naville Z to win Open Class, held with a participation of 58 riders.
Salmeen Sultan Al Suwaidi rode Guilders Empire of the Sun for the second position (29.57sec) without errors while Mohammed Saeed Haidan rode Apple Bee for the third position.
Young rider Barzan Azzam won the Future Knights title, which was held at a height of 80 cm in two stages, with the participation of 5 Knights.
Hadi Nasser Al Hajri came second followed by Muhammad Al Rasheed.
The winners were awarded by Omar bin Al Mannai, Vice-Chairman of the Longines Hathab Series Organizing Committee and Ali bin Yousef Al Rumaihi, Tournament Director
Earlier on Friday, Mohamed Saeed Haidan dominated winning both the Medium Tour and Small Tour classes.
The event is supported by The Social & Sport Contribution Fund . The annual Qatar Equestrian Tour, which takes place over 12 series of competitions, is organized and hosted jointly by Qatar Equestrian Federation and Al Shaqab.
