DOHA :Yann Moser, a delegate from the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), visited Doha to inspect and evaluate the facilities set to host the FIVB Under-17 Volleyball World Championship in August 2026.
During the visit, Moser reviewed several venues and their equipment, underlining the FIVB’s commitment to ensuring all facilities meet the highest international standards for quality and safety.
Moser was accompanied on his inspection tour by Qatar Volleyball Association Secretary General Yousef Kanoo and Competitions Committee Supervisor Tariq Zakaria. The trio assessed technical preparations, court readiness and logistical requirements to ensure the tournament is delivered to the highest professional standards, reflecting Qatar’s experience in hosting major international sporting events.
