DOHA: Belgium football federation have confirmed that Hilton Salwa will be their home during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
“It is now official. The contract has been signed by all parties. The Red Devils will not stay in Doha itself during the next World Cup in Qatar, but in Abu Samra, about 100 kilometres southwest of the capital. At the Hilton Salwa, the Belgian delegation will have its own wing and can prepare for matches in peace and privacy,” the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) has announced on its official web site.
At Hilton Salwa, the ‘Red Devils’ will enjoy perfect training conditions with several sports halls, an indoor swimming pool for post-match recovery and two new training pitches, the RBFA said in a statement.
