DOHA: Al Shamal claimed a convincing 3-0 victory over Al Khor on Saturday in the second division of the ongoing Qatar Men’s Volleyball League at the Qatar Volleyball Association Hall.
Al Shamal dominated the contest in straight sets, winning 25-22, 25-17 and 25-15 to seal a comfortable result against their rivals in the 10-club competition.
The win lifted Al Shamal’s points tally to nine, placing them eighth in the standings. Despite the defeat, Al Khor remained seventh with 11 points as the league action continued.
