DOHA: Al Arabi Sports Club has signed Spanish defender Wassim Keddari from Espanyol to join the first football team in the new season 2023-2024.
Al Arabi said on its official website that a new talent was added to the club after the signing of defender Keddari, without revealing the duration of the contract.
The 18-year-old defender Keddari is of Algerian origin and previously played for Spain’s U-17 and U-19 teams.
He played in different age groups of Espanyol Club before playing for the first team. He became the youngest player to participate in a Spanish league match last season, when he was at the age of 17 years and 7 months. He appeared with the team in seven matches. (QNA)
