DOHA: The Qatar Gymnastics Federation has marked another significant milestone, further cementing its position within the realm of Qatari sports, particularly gymnastics.
This achievement comes as a result of the Federation’s active participation in the General Assembly of the Arab Gymnastics Federation, held in Amman, Jordan, from November 6 to 8.
During the assembly’s electoral session, Ms. Abeer Al-Buainain, Secretary General of the Qatar Gymnastics Federation, was elected Vice President of the Arab Gymnastics Federation. Her election is a clear testament to the administrative and athletic prowess of Qatari officials on both the regional and international stages.
This success underscores the relentless efforts of Mr. Ali Al-Hitmi, President of the Qatar Gymnastics Federation, and the Federation’s board members to elevate Qatar’s standing in the gymnastics world. Their commitment has played a key role in positioning the Qatar Gymnastics Federation among the leading federations with a distinguished legacy in the sport.
