HOUSTON: Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo made more history on Tuesday at the age of 41 when he became the first player to score at six different World Cups with his opener against Uzbekistan in Houston, Texas.
Ronaldo got on the end of a ball from Joao Cancelo to open the scoring early, with the pressure on at the World Cup.
Uzbekistan were then undone by a Nuno Mendes free-kick, as he hit the ball low and hard while everyone waited a Ronaldo strike.
