DOHA: As part of its promotional campaign for the 2025–26 Doha Bank Stars League season, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) organised a community outreach event at Gulf English School on Thursday to boost engagement ahead of the Week 14 match between Al Gharafa and Al Sadd.
The fixture will be played on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Thani Bin Jassim Stadium, home of Al Gharafa, with kickoff scheduled for 7:45 pm.
Representatives from QSL, the Gulf English School administration, several club players and students attended the event, which featured a range of entertainment programmes and activities. Upcoming Doha Bank Stars League matches were highlighted, with particular focus on the high-profile Al Gharafa–Al Sadd encounter.
Students and attendees took commemorative photos with the players and organisers and expressed their enthusiasm for the initiative. Gifts were distributed, along with match tickets to encourage attendance at league games.
The event reflects QSL’s commitment to engaging with all sections of society, particularly school students, and encouraging fans to attend matches and support their teams at stadiums.
