DOHA: The 13th round of the Doha Bank Stars League 2025/2026 season produced a series of strong individual performances, with several players earning places in the Team of the Round announced by Doha Stadium following the latest matchday, which marked the start of the second half of the competition.
Al Shamal goalkeeper Babiker Seck was named between the posts after delivering a decisive display in his side’s narrow 1–0 victory over Al Rayyan, keeping a clean sheet and playing a key role in securing all three points.
In defense, Youssef Sabaly of Al Duhail, Sven van Beek of Al Shahaniya, Kylian van der of Al Sailiya, and Seydou Sane of Al Gharafa were selected after turning in solid and consistent performances at the back during the round.
The midfield selections included Marco Verratti (Al Duhail), Omid Brahimi (Al Shamal), and Claudinho (Al Sadd), all of whom stood out for their composure, creativity, and influence in controlling the tempo of their respective matches.
Leading the attacking line were Fabricio Diaz of Al Gharafa, Jawad Setti of Al Shahaniya, and Hashem Ali of Al Sadd, following their effective contributions in the final third throughout the round.
