Doha, Qatar | The Referees Committee of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has appointed a Qatari officiating team to manage the match between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The team includes Mohammed Ahmed Al Shammari as the referee, Khalid Aayed Khalaf as the first assistant referee, Faisal Eid Al Shammari as the second assistant referee, and Abdulhadi Al Ruwayli as the fourth official.
The match will be held on Thursday, October 9, in Islamabad, Pakistan, as part of the final round of qualifiers for the AFC Asian Cup 2027, which will take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
