DOHA: The Lusail International Circuit is ramping up preparations to host the Qatar Airways Formula One Qatar Grand Prix, scheduled for November 28–30, 2025. Organizers announced on Monday that legendary rock band Metallica will headline the post-race entertainment, performing a special concert on the evening of November 30.
The final day promises high-octane action, featuring the Formula Two World Championship’s main race followed by the marquee Formula One Grand Prix, a 57-lap showdown around the 5.38-kilometer circuit. Known for its 16 sweeping turns, state-of-the-art facilities, and iconic floodlighting, Lusail has earned its reputation as one of Formula One’s fastest and most spectacular venues.
Tickets for the main grandstand have already sold out amid unprecedented demand, underscoring the event’s growing prestige as one of the Middle East’s must-see sporting spectacles. With world-class racing and a global music act on the lineup, the 2025 Qatar Grand Prix weekend is set to deliver an unforgettable experience for motorsport and music fans alike.
