DOHA: Oman defeated hosts Qatar by 19 runs on the second day of the Gulf Cricket T20 Championship here at the Asian Town Stadium on Sunday evening.
On the opening day on Saturday, Qatar started their campaign with a 19 runs defeat of Bahrain.
Kuwait leads the table with four points. They next play the hosts tomorrow.
