DOHA (Qatar): Al Duhail players and staff underwent a second round of Covid-19 tests on Tuesday after they completed a period of 14 days in hotel, as per the general plan and protocol developed ahead of the resumption of 2019-20 season QNB Stars League.
The QSL will resume on July 24.
The players and also the technical and administrative staff underwent tests at the team hotel in co-operation with the Ministry of Public Health and Aspetar hospital.
Meanwhile, Al Sadd team has announced a two-day break from training and will return on Thursday, the club tweeted.
Sadd are the reigning Qatar Stars League champions, but currently placed third in the league table with 32 points.
“The club resume their preparations as per the second stage of #QSL protocol for the restart of the 2019-20 season,” the club tweeted.
